FAQ

Naha has two ports — does the route differ?
Both Naha New Port and Wakasa Pier are within Naha city — the sights you can visit are the same. Just tell us your specific pier and we will plan the most efficient route from there.
What if the cruise arrives late?
We adjust the itinerary based on actual arrival time to make the most of whatever time you have. Just let us know if the schedule changes — we'll adapt.
Can you guarantee we'll be back on time?
This is our top priority. We know each port's traffic patterns and always build in buffer time — typically returning 15-30 minutes early. Missing the ship is extremely costly and we will never let that happen.
How many people makes it worthwhile?
4 or more is very reasonable per person. Friends you meet on the cruise can share one car — up to 9 people, split the cost and it's excellent value.
How far in advance should we book?
Book at least 3 days before arrival, or 1-2 weeks during peak season. Booking ahead locks in the price and means you step off the ship straight into your car — no scrambling.
Is the Kagoshima service the same as Okinawa?
Same service standard — full Chinese private car. Different spots and routes. Kagoshima focuses on Sengan-en, Sakurajima volcano and black pork cuisine — a completely different experience from Okinawa.
