Is the booking service free?

Service fee from ¥2,000 based on difficulty. Just tell us what you want, how many, and when — we handle the rest. No booking, no charge. Discounts for charter guests.

How far in advance should I contact you?

For popular restaurants, contact us 3-7 days in advance; 2+ weeks during peak season. For attractions and activities, the earlier the better. Last-minute requests are welcome but not guaranteed.

Can you make recommendations?

Absolutely — tell us your preferences, budget and group size and we'll recommend the best options and handle the booking.
