What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time — your driver automatically adjusts to the actual arrival time. No need to notify us.
Where do I meet my driver?
After customs, your driver will be in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name in Chinese. Very easy to spot. You can also contact the driver directly if needed.
Can we stop at a convenience store on the way?
Of course — stopping at a convenience store is a common request. Just let the driver know in advance.
How many passengers can ride together?
Standard vehicles fit 4-5 passengers; larger vehicles up to 9. Please let us know your group size and luggage when booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 1-3 days in advance. During peak seasons (summer, CNY, Golden Week) please book at least a week ahead. Last-minute inquiries are also welcome.
Do you have Chinese-speaking drivers?
Our Okinawa mainland service offers Japanese-speaking, Chinese-speaking and English-speaking drivers — just let us know your preference when booking and we will arrange the right match for you. For Ishigaki and Miyako Islands, drivers speak Japanese, and we are always on hand to help with any English or Chinese communication throughout your trip.
